I handle the US clients who are experiencing the issue in the software. We provide assistance from SQL, we run the integration as well as generate reports using the queries as per the requirements of the client. If the issue is about our assistance we escalate to our L2 team using JIRA ticket for the same. We have on the user application testing for the validation. We create test cases in JIRA for the validation point covered as per the requirements for the onsite client. We use informatica recently in the migration process from one Database to another. After that we do automation and manual testing for the validation of production and non production data count and make sure there is no anomalies in the data.
