Managing, administering & supporting the Infrastructure VMware 6.x ESX, Windows Server 2019/2016/2012/2008R2/2003 on HP, Cisco, Dell Servers / IBM for the various Data Centers across the globe. Administering and troubleshooting Server, Sites & Subnets creation, Users creation and Attributes assignments and GPO Implementation, Including Group or local Policy, Object Management, Security management, system hardening and security. Providing support for Wintel Servers for the Patching Activity & Remediation task. Providing the patch Implement effective customer satisfaction strategies by identifying and eliminating the root causes of customer problems. Managing and maintaining of more than 1500+ servers environments. Administering and troubleshooting the Server hardware for Dell, Cisco UCS, HP or IBM Server Class hardware including Lights out management, KVM consoles and system configuration. Working with various Team members in different environments of Production, Pre-Production.
